WHO HAS ANXIETY?
WRITTEN BY JO JO BLACKBURN
THE REASON I START WITH ANXIETY IS BECAUSE ALL CHILDREN AND FAMILY MEMBERS EXPERIENCE ANXIETY IN SOME FORM.
Strong feelings, such as tension and emotional pain, is part of anxiety. We all feel anxiety from time to time. But those with Anxiety disorders feel like the picture, confused and distorted. When they are stressed impairs their thinking, distorts their perspective and short circuits their short term memory.
Anxiety simply means worrying that something really, really bad might happen at any minute.
The right sleeping schedule can help reduce these symptoms. Interpersonal and Social Rhythm therapy can help teach you about the right sleeping schedule for your child.
